A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at time of booking. All reservations are firm and non-refundable.

We accept checks(personal or Business) or a money order, PayPal ( with fees). Your 50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking .
Balance is due one month prior to arrival. If arriving within a month the payment is due in full.
You must call and set up payment arrangements if you arriving in less than 7 days. PayPal will also be offered for only reservations booked within less than 7 days of arivel date.

Please remember to include your security deposit $300.00 and maintenance fee $125.00 with your deposit.
Your security deposit will be refunded to the address on your reservations form with in 30 days.

Remember to include a copy of your valid drivers licence or state Id with your deposit. You must be 25 years of age to rent this properly and be staying at the property during your rental period.

Last minute cancellations could save you some money. Please contact us ASAP if there are any changes in your reservations.

A full refund will be granted in case of a mandatory Hurricane Evacuation ordered by the mayor of Grand isle.
If the order happens during your stay, you will receive a prorated refund.
This hurricane refund does not apply to long term rentals that are over 14 days.
